The Board of Ecofinity Atomix Ltd (formerly Aryavan Enterprise Ltd) approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q3 and 9 months ended December 31, 2025 on February 14, 2026. Standalone revenue from operations fell about 30% YoY to ₹511.22 lakhs in Q3 FY26 (vs ₹726.12 lakhs in Q3 FY25), but 9M FY26 revenue grew roughly 15% to ₹2,306.41 lakhs. Consolidated revenue, which includes subsidiary Padmavati Chemicals, jumped about 62% YoY to ₹3,537.37 lakhs for 9M FY26 (vs ₹2,181.76 lakhs). Standalone profit after tax surged about 252% YoY in Q3 to ₹84.66 lakhs and 164% for 9M to ₹196.62 lakhs, while consolidated PAT grew about 221% YoY in Q3 to ₹81.30 lakhs. Standalone EPS for Q3 stood at ₹1.22 vs ₹0.52 a year ago, and auditor SN DK & Associates LLP issued a clean limited review report.
Sharp jump in profits reflects much better operating leverage and higher other income, which is positive for shareholders, but the steep standalone Q3 revenue drop shows topline volatility. Consolidation with Padmavati Chemicals is meaningfully lifting group-level revenue, and the proposed company name change signals a likely rebranding.
