The Board of Directors of Simplex Mills Company approved the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and full financial year ended 31 March 2025 at their meeting held on 20 May 2025. In line with Regulation 47 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the company published these results in two newspapers on 21 May 2025 — Financial Express (English) and Mahasagar Akola (Marathi).
