NBCC (India) Limited has received three work orders totaling approximately Rs. 120.90 crore (excluding GST) in the normal course of business. The largest is construction of a 14-court building complex in Bhimavaram, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh worth Rs. 72.17 crore. The second is construction of a multistoried building for six courts including an Additional District Court in Gudivada, Krishna District, AP, valued at Rs. 46.69 crore — both from the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. The third is renovation work on the 5th floor of TEC Building at Khurshid Lal Bhawan, New Delhi for C-DOT, valued at Rs. 2.04 crore. NBCC is a public sector construction company whose order book is largely driven by government and public sector projects.
Positive for order book visibility but a routine addition — Rs. 120.90 crore is a small fraction of NBCC's annual revenue and is unlikely to move the stock materially on its own.
