On July 12, 2025, Unistar Multimedia's board appointed three new directors: Mr. Naman Bhanubhai Shah as Executive Director, and Mr. Apurvabhai Dilipbhai Shah and Mr. Nitesh Jagmohan Vashistha as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Directors. Mr. Apurvabhai Dilipbhai Shah was also named Chairperson of the company. The board simultaneously noted three earlier resignations: Mr. Vishal Raval and Mr. Dharmendra Arunbhai Rathod (both effective June 19, 2025) and Mrs. Kinjal Raval (effective January 15, 2025).
