The board of Unistar Multimedia, at its meeting on July 12, 2025, approved three new director appointments: Mr. Naman Bhanubhai Shah as Additional Executive Director, and Mr. Apurvabhai Dilipbhai Shah and Mr. Nitesh Jagmohan Vashistha as Additional Non-Executive, Non-Independent Directors.
