Ganesh Holdings Ltd, an NBFC operating in trading of shares, securities and commodities, reported Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025) results. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 8.82 lakhs from Rs 3.66 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a year-on-year jump of about 141%. The company posted a small profit after tax of Rs 0.09 lakhs (EPS Rs 0.51) versus Rs 0.12 lakhs (EPS Rs 0.25) in the same quarter last year. For the full FY25, the company had reported a loss after tax of Rs 30.08 lakhs with EPS of Rs (2.68). The results were approved by the Board on 14 August 2025, and auditor Sanjive Radhey & Co. issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Strong revenue rebound is a positive signal for this small NBFC, but absolute profit levels remain very thin and the FY25 loss highlights ongoing volatility in its trading-driven business. Modest scale means small absolute swings can move the stock sharply on news.
