Allcargo Gati Limited has revised the Record Date for its Composite Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation, which was sanctioned by the NCLT Mumbai Bench. The Record Date, originally set for Monday, November 10, 2025, has been pushed to Wednesday, November 12, 2025. The revised Record Date will identify shareholders of Allcargo Supply Chain Private Limited and Gati Express & Supply Chain Private Limited who are eligible to receive fully paid-up equity shares of Allcargo Gati Limited as per the share exchange ratios in the Scheme. All other terms of the earlier intimation dated October 30, 2025 remain unchanged.
Shareholders of the two merging private companies should note the new Record Date (November 12, 2025) to establish eligibility for receiving Allcargo Gati shares under the scheme. The 2-day delay is administrative and does not alter the deal terms, so the underlying stock impact should be neutral.
