Asahi India Glass has informed the stock exchanges about copies of newspaper advertisements published on 10th March 2026 in Business Standard and Veer Arjun. The ads notify shareholders about a SEBI-mandated special window running from 5th February 2026 to 4th February 2027. This window allows shareholders to re-lodge transfer and dematerialisation requests for physical shares bought or sold before 1 April 2019, including previously rejected or pending requests. Successfully transferred shares will be credited in demat form but will carry a one-year lock-in period. Shareholders can submit their documents to the company's RTA, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, in Mumbai.
This is a routine regulatory compliance filing and does not affect the company's financials or operations. Shareholders holding old physical shares purchased before April 2019 now have an opportunity to convert them into demat form, but those shares will be locked in for one year after transfer.
