Asarfi Hospital has informed BSE that the Debtors' Ageing Statement submitted with its FY25 financial results contained a clerical error in the column-wise classification of receivables. The actual debtor figures were correct (total ₹3,979.73 lakhs unchanged), but amounts were placed under wrong age brackets — for example, ₹3,062.88 lakhs now correctly shown as less than 6 months instead of ₹117.94 lakhs, and ₹1,962.43 lakhs reclassified out of the 6-month–1-year bucket. The error was noticed only after shareholders adopted the accounts at the AGM. The Board has reviewed and confirmed there is no impact on revenue, profit, or overall financial position.
This is a purely presentational/classification correction with no change to the bottom line or balance sheet, so shareholders should not expect any impact on earnings or stock price from this disclosure.
