Asarfi Hospital reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of ₹46.06 crore, up 40% YoY from ₹32.89 crore in Q3 FY25. EBITDA grew 45% YoY to ₹10.12 crore with margins expanding to 22% (vs 21% YoY), while PAT doubled to ₹5.48 crore with margins improving sharply to 12% from 8%. The Super-Specialty unit posted ARPOB of ₹24,293 (vs ₹21,876) at 61% occupancy, while the newer Cancer Institute saw ARPOB jump to ₹43,240 (vs ₹18,090) though occupancy dipped to 37% from 80%. For 9M FY26, revenue rose 46% to ₹126.57 crore and PAT grew 82% to ₹12.98 crore. Management highlighted a strategic MoU with Gleneagles Hospital, Chennai to set up Jharkhand's first multi-organ transplant unit, upcoming investments in a SPECT Gamma Camera and Philips Azurion Cath Lab by March 2026, and plans to expand cancer hospital bed capacity and add a Bone Marrow Transplant unit.
Strong quarterly results with broad-based margin expansion and doubled PAT signal healthy operational momentum, likely to be viewed positively by investors. The cancer hospital's rapidly rising ARPOB and new clinical capabilities (transplant unit, advanced diagnostics) provide a clear growth runway, though the sharp occupancy decline in the cancer unit is a watch point.
