Asgard Alcobev's subsidiary, CMJ Breweries Private Limited, has signed a 3-year manufacturing agreement with Brews & Bliss LLP to produce Mohan Meakin's Golden Eagle beer brands (Strong, Mild, Premium Strong, Premium Mild). The agreement covers the entire North-East region of India — Meghalaya, Tripura, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland — and also includes Bhutan, with scope to expand into more markets. The contract runs from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2029, with a 12-month lock-in tied to minimum guaranteed production quantities for CMJ Breweries.
This is a positive development as it gives the subsidiary a multi-year contract manufacturing role for an established national beer brand across a wide region, providing revenue visibility. However, the company has not disclosed any financial terms, order value, or volume estimates, so the actual impact on earnings remains unclear.
