Banganga Paper Industries' Board, at its meeting on November 15, 2025, approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q2 FY26 (quarter ended September 30, 2025). Consolidated revenue from operations grew strongly to Rs. 2,412.03 lakhs, up about 42.9% year-on-year from Rs. 1,687.89 lakhs in Q2 FY25. Consolidated profit before tax rose to Rs. 23.50 lakhs (vs Rs. 22.20 lakhs) and profit after tax increased to Rs. 16.95 lakhs (vs Rs. 12.59 lakhs), a roughly 34.6% jump. Half-yearly consolidated PAT surged to Rs. 82.13 lakhs from Rs. 12.29 lakhs, while operating cash flow turned sharply positive at Rs. 400.23 lakhs against a negative Rs. 472.51 lakhs earlier. Results include the subsidiary Banganga Paper Mills Ltd. The statutory auditors (Jain Chhajed & Associates) issued an unmodified limited review opinion on both sets of results.
The strong top-line growth, significant recovery in half-yearly earnings, and swing to positive operating cash flow signal improving business momentum at the consolidated level and could be viewed positively by shareholders. However, standalone numbers remain in the red with negligible revenue, indicating the listed entity's value derives almost entirely from its paper subsidiary, so investors should weigh concentration risk.
