Reclassification of promoters

Three promoters of Asgard Alcobev Ltd – Chetan Karbhari Dhatrak, Karbhari Pandurang Dhatrak, and Jayashree Karbhari Dhatrak – have submitted requests to reclassify themselves from the Promoter & Promoter Group category to the Public category under SEBI regulations. All three promoters hold zero shares (0%) in the company. In their individual requests, they certify that they are not associated with the business, do not exercise any control over the company, hold no board positions, have no special rights, and are not willful defaulters or fugitive economic offenders. The reclassification is subject to approval by the company's Board of Directors, BSE Limited, and compliance with SEBI LODR Regulation 31A. This is an initial intimation; final approval is still pending.
