Ashapura Minechem reported strong full-year FY2025-26 consolidated results with revenue jumping 91% to ₹5,237 crore from ₹2,739 crore. Profit before tax grew 47.5% to ₹449 crore, while PAT rose 44% to ₹416 crore. EBITDA increased 51.4% to ₹674 crore. The board recommended a 100% dividend (₹2 per share), doubled from 50% last year. The standalone business saw 16% revenue growth and 83% PAT growth. Q4 alone saw 105% sequential revenue growth. Auditors issued unmodified (clean) opinions on both standalone and consolidated results. Exceptional items of ₹4.56 crore (consolidated) were booked due to new labour code implementation. Cash flow from operations turned positive at ₹463 crore for consolidated.
Strong double-digit growth across all metrics and doubling of dividend signals company confidence. Revenue and profit growth significantly exceed thresholds, indicating robust business momentum. Clean auditor opinions with no going-concern issues add credibility.
