Ashapura Minechem reported strong Q4 FY2025-26 results with Income from Operations at Rs. 1,968.6 crores, up 105% QoQ from Rs. 960.4 crores. Profit Before Tax & Exceptional Items stood at Rs. 146.8 crores, up 64.3% QoQ. For the full year FY2025-26, revenue grew 91.2% to Rs. 5,237.1 crores (vs Rs. 2,738.9 crores in FY2024-25), while PBT rose 47.5% to Rs. 449.1 crores. EBITDA for the year was Rs. 673.6 crores, up 51.4% YoY. The board recommended 100% final dividend, doubled from 50% in the previous year. Guinea business drove volume growth over 100% QoQ, but margins were impacted by higher fuel costs and ocean freight due to geopolitical tensions. India business faced margin pressure from rising input costs and higher raw material prices.
Strong revenue and profit growth with doubling of dividend signals robust performance, though EBITDA margin compression (12.9% vs 16.2% YoY) due to cost pressures may concern margin-focused investors.
