Ashiana Housing reported Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025) area bookings of 5.95 lakh sq. ft., down from 8.48 lakh sq. ft. in Q4 FY25 but up 35% from 4.42 lakh sq. ft. in Q1 FY25. Value of area sold stood at INR 430.97 Cr, down from INR 574.73 Cr in Q4 FY25 but nearly 83% higher than INR 235.32 Cr in Q1 FY25. The company booked 407 units in Q1 FY26 versus 597 units in Q4 FY25, with the prior quarter's higher numbers driven by large one-off sales in Nitara Phases 2 & 3 (295 units, INR 174.35 Cr) and Amarah Phase 5 (59 units, INR 158.96 Cr). Two new projects were launched: Ashiana Tarang Phase 6 in Bhiwadi (117 of 192 units sold, INR 68.23 Cr) and Ashiana Aravali in Jaipur (30 of 50 units sold, INR 56.26 Cr), both seeing strong initial absorption.
Sequential decline in volumes and sales value may raise short-term concerns, but the YoY comparison shows robust growth in both area sold and value, suggesting healthy underlying demand. Strong initial response to new project launches supports the company's pre-sales pipeline for FY26.
