Ashiana Housing reported its highest-ever annual performance for FY26 with PAT of Rs. 117.89 Crores (vs Rs. 18.24 Crores in FY25) and sales of Rs. 1,185.06 Crores (vs Rs. 557.45 Crores). Q4FY26 saw strong bookings of Rs. 1,289.70 Crores driven by the launch of Aaroham phases in Gurugram (Rs. 832.50 Crores at launch). Average realization jumped to Rs. 11,566/sq ft from Rs. 7,268 in Q3 due to premium Aaroham project pricing. The company expanded its Senior Living portfolio by acquiring 38.59 acres of land in Chennai and Maharashtra with development potential of over 26 lakh sq ft. Collections reached a record Rs. 1,762 Crores. EBITDA margin improved to 14.68% from 8.29% in FY25.
Strong operational performance with record bookings, revenues, and PAT signals healthy execution and demand. The improvement in margins from 8.29% to 14.68% demonstrates better pricing power and cost efficiency, which could support a re-rating of the stock.
