Ashiana Housing has informed the stock exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on Friday, 30 May 2025 at the company's head office in Saket, New Delhi. The main agenda is to consider and approve the audited annual financial results for the financial year 2024-25. The Board will also discuss and recommend a final dividend for FY 2024-25, which will then go to shareholders for approval.
