Ashiana Housing reported its highest ever FY26 performance with PAT of Rs 117.89 Crores (vs Rs 18.24 Crores in FY25) and sales of Rs 1,185.06 Crores (vs Rs 557.45 Crores). Value of area booked reached Rs 2,421.13 Crores, up 25% YoY. Q4FY26 saw strong bookings of Rs 1,289.70 Crores driven by the Aaroham launch in Gurugram (Rs 832.50 Crores), with average realization jumping to Rs 11,566/sq ft. The company expanded Senior Living portfolio with 38.59 acres of land acquisitions in Chennai and Maharashtra (7+ lakh sq ft potential). Collections hit a record Rs 1,762 Crores. Ongoing projects have Rs 5,897.31 Crores of locked-in revenue over 3-5 years. ROE improved to 15.25%.
Strong operational performance with record bookings and profitability demonstrates execution strength. The premium pricing achieved at Aaroham (Rs 15,291/sq ft) shows brand strength. Locked-in revenue of nearly Rs 5,900 Crores provides multi-year revenue visibility. Land acquisitions in Senior Living indicate growth focus in high-margin segment.
