Ashika Credit Capital has submitted a correction letter to BSE regarding a typographical error in its earlier intimation dated 30.04.2025. The original intimation was about the allotment of 14,11,500 equity shares pursuant to conversion of 14,11,500 convertible warrants. The error was in Annexure A2 (Pre and Post shareholding pattern) for allottee Mr. Kishor Shah. The original erroneously showed his pre-issue holding as 1,16,510 shares (written as '1165'10') and post-issue as 1,66,510, which has now been rectified to 1,17,000 and 1,67,000 respectively, with 50,000 shares allotted upon warrant conversion. The company clarified this was unintentional and not deliberate.
No material impact on shareholders — this is purely a clerical correction to the shareholding disclosure for one allottee. The actual warrant conversion into equity shares remains unchanged, with 14,11,500 shares already allotted on 30.04.2025.
