Ashika Credit Capital Limited has changed its name to Ashika Global Securities Limited. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs approved the change on June 23, 2026, and BSE and NSE approved the new trading name and symbol on July 21, 2026. Effective July 27, 2026, the shares will trade under the new name on both exchanges. Scrip code remains 543766. Old symbol ASHIKA changes to ASHIKAG. Shareholders are not required to take any action and their holdings remain unchanged.
Existing shareholders will see the stock traded under the new name ASHIKAG with the same scrip code 543766 from July 27, 2026. No shareholder action needed.
