Ashima Limited has fixed Thursday, July 31, 2025 as the record date and cut-off date for the 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from July 31, 2025 to August 7, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM. The 42nd AGM will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means. The company is providing remote e-voting facility to its members and also the option to cast votes electronically during the AGM. Members' voting rights will be in proportion to their share in the paid-up equity share capital of the company.
