Board approved unaudited Q1 FY27 results (quarter ended June 30, 2026). Standalone revenue from operations rose to 774 lacs from 633 lacs (up about 22%). Total income stood at 1,042 lacs. Loss for the period narrowed sharply to 253 lacs from 281 lacs. Consolidated revenue grew to 833 lacs; consolidated loss was 193 lacs vs 253 lacs. EPS improved to minus 0.31 from minus 0.82. Auditor Mukesh M. Shah & Co issued an unmodified review report. Cotton textile operations remain classified as discontinued since FY25.
Revenue growth and sharply reduced losses are positive signs, but the company remains in the red with negative EPS on both standalone and consolidated bases.
