Ashok Leyland Limited reported strong FY2025-26 results with standalone profit rising 7.9% to Rs. 3,565.53 crores and consolidated profit up 10% to Rs. 3,720.98 crores. Standalone revenue grew 13.6% to Rs. 44,007 crores while consolidated revenue increased 16.1% to Rs. 56,362 crores. The Board declared a second interim dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share (face value Rs. 1), taking the total dividend for the year to Rs. 3.50 per share (including Rs. 1.00 first interim dividend). There will be no final dividend. Outstanding qualified borrowings reduced significantly from Rs. 1,228.34 crores to Rs. 1,002.04 crores during the year.
