Asia Pack Limited has disclosed under SEBI regulations that Mr. Jitendra Purohit, its Chief Executive Officer, is suffering from a severe chronic illness and has been indisposed and unable to perform his duties. The company states he has been unavailable for more than 45 days in a rolling 90-day period, which triggers mandatory disclosure requirements under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR. The Board and management have stated they are taking steps to ensure business operations and compliance requirements continue without material disruption.
