Asia Pack Ltd has informed the stock exchange that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Wednesday, 24th September 2025 to Tuesday, 30th September 2025 (both days inclusive). This book closure is for the purpose of the company's 40th Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 30th September 2025 at 11:00 AM. The AGM will take place at the registered office of the company located at 3rd Floor, Miraj Campus, Uper Ki Oden, Nathdwara, Rajsamand, Rajasthan. The intimation has been made under Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Regulation 42 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
Investors should note that no buying or selling of shares (including off-market and inter-settlement transfers) will be permitted during the book closure window of 24th to 30th September 2025.
