Asian Hotels (East) Limited has postponed its board meeting originally scheduled for May 14, 2025, along with the audit committee meeting held the same day (3:30 p.m. to 6:55 p.m.). The reason is that consolidated financial results for Q4 and full financial year ended March 31, 2025 could not be prepared, because the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Novak Hotels Pvt Ltd (Mumbai) has not finalized its annual accounts. Novak Hotels' accounts are pending due to uncertainty around the interest amount on an advance it gave to Asian Hotels (West) Limited (AHWL), which had gone through the IBC insolvency resolution process. Discussions are ongoing with AHWL's management and the company expects a positive outcome. A new date for the adjourned board and audit committee meetings will be communicated later, and the trading window for insiders remains closed until 48 hours after results are declared.
