Asian Hotels (East) Limited has announced that its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, 5th September 2025 at 11:00 AM through video conferencing. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 30th August 2025 to 5th September 2025 (both days inclusive). The company has fixed Friday, 29th August 2025 as both the Cut-Off Date for e-voting eligibility and the Record Date for determining members eligible to receive dividend for FY ended 31st March 2025. The dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid or credited within 30 days of declaration. The 18th Annual Report along with AGM Notice has been sent electronically to members.
Investors who want to be eligible for the dividend must hold shares in their demat accounts by 29th August 2025 (record date).
