Asian Hotels (East) Ltd has informed BSE that its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, 9 July 2026 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and the financial year ended 31 March 2026, along with the auditor's report. The Board will also consider recommending a dividend, if any, and other agenda items. The trading window for insiders remains closed until 30 June 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after declaration of Q1 FY27 results.
