Asian Paints 80th AGM: All 8 resolutions passed, dividend and directors approved

Asian Paints held its 80th AGM on 9 July 2026 via video conference. All 8 resolutions passed with required majority. Key items: adoption of FY26 audited financial statements, declaration of final dividend, re-appointment of Manish Choksi and Amrita Vakil as directors, appointment of S R B C and Co LLP as statutory auditors, re-appointment of Milind Sarwate as independent director for a second term of 5 years, and appointment of Sudhir Sitapati as new independent director for 5 years. About 81.87 percent of outstanding shares were polled.
