Asian Warehousing's board approved its unaudited results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 44.07 lakh, modestly higher than Rs. 41.93 lakh in the same quarter last year but far below Rs. 117.53 lakh in Q4 FY25. The company barely broke even with a net profit of just Rs. 0.02 lakh versus Rs. 13.22 lakh a year ago, and EPS was essentially nil. Separately, the board cleared an 11-month leave and license agreement with promoter Mrs. Rekha Bhimjyani to use the same Nariman Point office as its registered office, at a monthly fee of Rs. 7,500 plus taxes. The deal is a related-party transaction done at arm's length.
Marginal profitability and weak year-on-year earnings show the small agri-commodity business remains under pressure, while the promoter office lease is purely administrative with no material financial impact.
