The Board of Asit C Mehta Financial Services approved its unaudited Q3 FY26 and 9M FY26 results. On a standalone basis, total income for the quarter fell sharply to ₹90.20 lakhs (vs ₹169.54 lakhs in Q3 FY25), though 9M total income rose about 27% to ₹627.86 lakhs from ₹494.54 lakhs a year ago. The company continued to report losses, with a Q3 standalone loss after tax of ₹54.33 lakhs and 9M loss of ₹133.40 lakhs, narrower than the ₹178.04 lakhs loss in 9M FY25. On a consolidated basis, 9M total income was ₹5,035.13 lakhs vs ₹4,721.08 lakhs, with a 9M loss after tax of ₹275.04 lakhs, significantly better than the ₹477.26 lakhs loss a year ago. Standalone EPS for Q3 was ₹(0.66) and consolidated EPS was ₹(2.33). The statutory auditor (Manek & Associates) issued an unmodified limited review report on both sets of results.
Losses continue, but the year-on-year loss has narrowed meaningfully on both standalone and consolidated bases, and 9M income is growing — a mildly positive sign for shareholders, though the company remains in the red and the stock remains a high-risk, small-cap NBFC-type name.
