ASM Technologies has fixed its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Friday, 26th September 2025, for the financial year ended 31st March 2025. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from 25th to 26th September 2025 (both days inclusive) for AGM purposes and for payment of final dividend, if any is declared at the AGM. The company is also providing remote e-voting facility, which will be open from 9:00 AM on 23rd September to 5:00 PM on 25th September 2025, with a cut-off date of 19th September 2025 for determining eligible voters.
