ASM Technologies' board approved unaudited financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) and declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1 per share (10% on face value of Rs. 10), with record date set as August 22, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations jumped to Rs. 1,091.21 million from Rs. 464.71 million a year ago, while standalone profit after tax surged to Rs. 163.29 million from Rs. 20.30 million — an over 8x increase. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs. 1,229.15 million (vs Rs. 526.20 million) and consolidated PAT climbed to Rs. 155.73 million from Rs. 25.93 million. The auditor (B K Ramadhyani & Co LLP) issued an unmodified review opinion. The company also allotted 11,54,551 equity shares during the quarter under its earlier preferential allotment programme.
The strong topline and bottomline growth, combined with a 10% interim dividend, signals robust operational momentum and rewards shareholders. However, two overseas subsidiaries (Singapore and Japan) have negative networth, flagged in the notes, which is a watchpoint though the parent has committed to support them.
