AGM voting results: all 6 resolutions passed with near-unanimous support

Aspinwall and Company held its 106th AGM on 23 July 2026. All 6 resolutions were passed with required majority. Total votes polled were 36,02,935, with 36,02,921 (99.9996%) in favour and just 14 against. Resolutions covered: adoption of FY26 financial statements, declaration of dividend, appointment of Mr Chemprol Raja Raja Varma as Director, re-appointment of Mr Rama Varma as Managing Director, remuneration for Executive Director and CFO Mr Thalasseril Raghavankutty Radhakrishnan, and remuneration for cost auditors BBS and Associates.
