Associated Ceramics Limited's board approved audited results for Q4 and FY25 on May 30, 2025. Revenue from operations rose modestly to Rs. 41.94 crore from Rs. 40.55 crore in FY24 (about 3% growth). Profit after tax more than doubled to Rs. 2.16 crore versus Rs. 0.86 crore in FY24, while EPS climbed to Rs. 10.56 from Rs. 4.19. The company has decided not to declare any dividend for FY25 and will instead redeem 1 lakh 6% non-cumulative preference shares worth Rs. 5 crore from reserves. The statutory auditor issued a clean (unmodified) opinion on the results. The company also appointed new internal and secretarial auditors for FY26 onwards.
Sharp improvement in profitability and a sharp drop in borrowings (from Rs. 7.04 crore to Rs. 1.50 crore) signal strengthening fundamentals, but tepid revenue growth and the absence of a dividend may disappoint income-focused shareholders.
