Aster DM Healthcare reported strong Q4FY26 results with combined proforma revenue (Aster + QCIL) growing 18% YoY to INR 2,361 crore. Operating EBITDA grew 25% YoY to INR 517 crore with margins improving to 21.9% from 20.7% last year. Total patient volumes increased 12% YoY to 1.93 million with occupancy rising 210 bps to 61%. The merger with Quality Care India Limited (QCIL) is progressing - shareholder approval received with 96.68% votes in favor, CCI approval obtained, and expected completion in Q1FY27. The combined entity plans to add 4,445 beds to reach 15,068 total capacity. For standalone Aster, Q4 revenue grew 18% YoY to INR 1,182 crore with operating EBITDA up 26% to INR 244 crore. Return on Capital Employed improved to 21.1% for combined entity, up 293 bps YoY.
