Astra Microwave Products reported strong Q4 FY26 results with standalone revenue of Rs. 487 Cr (up 20% YoY) and PAT of Rs. 105 Cr (up 40% YoY). For full year FY26, revenue grew 11% to Rs. 1,156 Cr while PAT increased 24% to Rs. 178 Cr. EBITDA margins improved significantly from 25.5% to 28.0% and PAT margins from 13.7% to 15.4%, indicating strong operational efficiency gains. The company has a robust order book of Rs. 2,141 Cr as of March 2026, with Defence/Public Sector contributing 54% and Exports 33%. Management targets 15-20% revenue growth over 3-5 years with higher proportion from complex system fabrication. The board has given in-principle approval to demerge the Space, Meteorology and Hydrology business into a separate entity.
Strong margin expansion and a healthy order book of Rs. 2,141 Cr provide solid revenue visibility. The multi-year growth target of 15-20% and planned demerger of space/meteorology business signal strategic focus on high-value defence systems, which could drive further re-rating of the stock.
