Astral Limited reported audited standalone revenue of Rs 59,076 million for FY2026, up 11.5% from Rs 52,959 million in FY2025. Net profit stood at Rs 6,110 million vs Rs 5,663 million, a 7.9% increase. Consolidated revenue was Rs 65,686 million (up 12.6% YoY) with net profit of Rs 5,347 million. Q4 standalone revenue was Rs 19,028 million vs Rs 15,423 million in Q4 FY25. The Board declared a final dividend of Rs 2.50 per share (250%) subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. Exceptional items of Rs 226 million were recorded, primarily comprising Rs 165 million provision for employee benefits under new Indian labour codes and Rs 20 million expected credit loss provision. Multiple acquisitions were completed during the year including Al-Aziz Plastics, remaining stakes in Seal IT Services UK and Astral Chemie Limited, and 80% of Nexelon Chem Private Limited.
Strong topline growth of 12.6% on consolidated basis with clean audit opinion and dividend declaration is positive for investors. Modest PAT growth of 3% reflects cost pressures. The exceptional items are non-recurring and should not affect underlying earnings trajectory.
