AstraZeneca Pharma India has informed the stock exchanges about two senior management changes effective April 1, 2026. Dr. Shashank Srinivasan, a clinical oncologist and alumnus of Tata Memorial Hospital, has been appointed as Medical Director for the Oncology Business Unit; he was already serving as Interim Medical Director for Oncology at AstraZeneca India. Mr. Venkat Natarajan, who joined the company in January 2024 as Market Access Lead, has been promoted to Director of the Market Access Business Unit. Both appointments were approved by the Board based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and are classified as Senior Management Personnel under SEBI Listing Regulations.
