Atam Valves Limited has reported its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) standalone financial results via a press release to the exchanges. Revenue from operations stood at ₹12.37 crore, up 7.75% year-on-year from ₹11.48 crore in Q1 FY25. Profitability improved sharply, with EBITDA rising 40.5% YoY to ₹2.08 crore and EBITDA margin expanding by nearly 400 basis points to 16.81%. Net profit (PAT) grew 33.3% YoY to ₹1.24 crore, lifting PAT margin to 10.02% from 8.10%, while EPS came in at ₹1.08 versus ₹0.81 a year ago. Management noted new Letters of Intent from Italian and French customers in the international business pipeline, along with growing order contributions from the real estate and healthcare sectors. The company continues to invest in automation and an expanding OEM base across high-value industrial and process segments.
Margin expansion and double-digit profit growth signal improving operational efficiency, which is positive for shareholder returns, although revenue growth remains modest in single digits. International traction in regulated European markets could act as a longer-term growth catalyst for the stock.
