Ather Energy share price jumps 9% to 52-week high after Hero MotoCorp approves ₹1,000 crore investment

Ather Energy share price surged over 9% to a fresh 52-week high of ₹1,313.65 on the BSE after Hero MotoCorp approved an additional investment of up to ₹1,000 crore through a preferential allotment. Hero MotoCorp, which currently holds a 29.48% stake in Ather Energy as of June 30, 2026, will subscribe to equity shares or convertible securities, with the transaction targeted for completion within 15 days of final approvals. Ather Energy reported a sharp rise in turnover to ₹3,671.76 crore in FY26 from ₹2,255 crore in the previous year, and the stock has rallied 276% over the past one year.
