Ather Energy has called its 13th AGM on August 19, 2026 at 11 AM via video conferencing. Agenda includes adopting FY26 audited financials, re-appointment of director Ram Kuppuswamy (retiring by rotation), re-appointment of Deloitte Haskins and Sells as statutory auditors for a second five-year term till the 18th AGM in 2031 (proposed fee of INR 75 lakh for FY27), and a special resolution to extend the ESOP 2025 plan to subsidiary employees.
