Ather Energy has launched a new variant of its 450S electric scooter equipped with a 3.7 kWh battery pack, offering an IDC range of 161 km. The scooter is priced at INR 145,999 (ex-showroom Bengaluru), with city-wise prices ranging from INR 145,999 to INR 148,258. It features the same 5.4 kW motor, 22 Nm torque, 0-40 km/h in 3.9 seconds, and a top speed of 90 km/h, along with a 7-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth, AtherStack Pro, and OTA updates. Bookings are now open, with deliveries expected to begin from August 2025. The variant is backed by Ather's 8-year/80,000 km warranty and supported by its 3,300+ strong Ather Grid fast-charging network.
This product expansion strengthens Ather's performance scooter portfolio by bridging the gap between the entry-level 450S and the premium 450X, potentially boosting volumes and revenues from the upcoming festive season.
