Appointment of Independent Director in Material Unlisted Subsidiary.

Atlanta Electricals Ltd announced the appointment of two Independent Directors to its material unlisted subsidiary, Atlanta Trafo Limited. The shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Dukhabandhu Rath as Non-Executive Independent Director and Mrs. Jinkal Darshan Patel as Non-Executive Independent Woman Director. Both appointments are for a term of 5 consecutive years starting 12th May 2026. Notably, both directors already serve as Independent Directors on the parent company's board, and their appointment to the subsidiary is done in compliance with SEBI Regulation 24(1) of the LODR Regulations. Mr. Rath brings nearly four decades of banking experience, while Mrs. Patel has over 19 years of experience in finance and pharmaceuticals.
