Atlanta Electricals Limited has announced its audited financial results for Q4 and FY 2025-26. The standalone revenue grew 46.4% to Rs 1,85,132 Lakhs from Rs 1,26,418 Lakhs in the previous year. Net profit surged 83% to Rs 21,707 Lakhs from Rs 11,866 Lakhs. The company listed on BSE and NSE via IPO in September 2025, raising Rs 4,000 Crores. The Board approved ESOS 2026 with up to 7,70,000 stock options (1% dilution) for employee retention and motivation. Loans of Rs 125 Crores were approved for wholly-owned subsidiaries Atlanta Trafo Ltd (Rs 25 Cr) and AE Components Pvt Ltd (Rs 100 Cr) for CAPEX requirements.
