Atlas Cycles 75th AGM on Aug 12, 2026; FY26 loss of Rs 8.04 Cr

Atlas Cycles has scheduled its 75th AGM for August 12, 2026 at Sonepat, with e-voting from August 8 to 11. The annual report reveals a sharp downturn in FY25-26: revenue fell to Rs 690 Lacs from Rs 1,714 Lacs, and the company swung to a loss of Rs 804 Lacs versus a profit of Rs 951 Lacs last year. Bicycle production dropped to 21,838 units from 29,456. The Sonepat unit is closed and Sahibabad unit operates below optimum capacity. Chander Mohan Dhall moved from WTD and CFO to CEO, with Satya Prakash Dangwal taking over as CFO in November 2025. No dividend was declared. Two insolvency applications totaling about Rs 10.51 Cr remain pending at NCLT Chandigarh.
