ATN International appoints Ms. Shivangi Agarwal as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

ATN International has appointed Ms. Shivangi Agarwal as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from June 22, 2026. She is a qualified Company Secretary and law graduate with experience handling compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, listing regulations and other corporate laws.
