ATN International Limited's Board met on August 12, 2025 and approved the unaudited standalone financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs. 5.09 lacs from Rs. 21.00 lacs in the same quarter last year, a drop of about 76%. Total expenses stood at Rs. 16.71 lacs, leading the company to swing from a profit of Rs. 7.39 lacs in Q1 FY25 to a net loss of Rs. 11.62 lacs in Q1 FY26. The Board also appointed a new internal auditor (M/s Barkha & Associates) for FY 2025-26, a new secretarial auditor (Ankita Goenka & Associates) for a five-year term, and approved the AGM notice, Director's Report, and Secretarial Audit Report for FY25. The statutory auditor (Deoki Bijay & Co.) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
The steep revenue decline and swing into losses are negative for shareholders, indicating weakening operations. However, the company remains very small in scale, and the clean audit opinion provides some comfort on reporting quality.
