Jiya Eco-Products Limited has filed its 14th Annual Report for FY 2024-25. The AGM is scheduled for December 15, 2025 at Univastu India Limited in Pune. Key agenda items include adoption of audited financial statements, appointment of new statutory auditors (M/s D R B S V and Associates replacing M/s Chandabhoy & Jassoobhoy), and appointment of multiple directors. Mr. Pradeep Khandagale is being appointed as Whole-Time Director and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) - he was the successful Resolution Applicant in the Company's insolvency process.
